Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Team Leader looking for more opportunity? Your management objective is to increase the performance of each member of our sales team, specifically increasing the deals closed from each salesperson’s database/center of influence. • Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
• Organize and administer training for the sales team
• Seek new and unique sales opportunities
• Oversee market research to remain competitive

Qualifications:

• Have prior experience in sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
• Strong ability to lead a team
• Experience with relevant software applications
