In this role, under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you will contribute significantly to maintaining a safe and effective environment in our Retail Pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Promoting patient safety
• Ensuring compliance with pharmacy professional practices and regulatory requirements
• Supporting quality assurance initiatives
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Assisting with inventory management
• Streamlining workflow processes

Key Responsibilities: As a pharmacy trainee, one of your primary goals will be to help keep customers and patients healthy through effective patient care programs. You will:

Education Requirement: Must be accepted into or actively enrolled in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.

Required Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Active pursuit or possession of valid intern and/or technician licensure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to complete all required training within the designated timeframe.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs when necessary.
• Manual dexterity for tasks such as typing and handling medication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Eligibility for immunization administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Once state requirements are fulfilled, interns are encouraged to provide patient immunizations as part of the pharmacist's essential duties.

Pay Range: The typical pay range for this role is $18.00 - $19.75.
