What You'll Do:

✅ 5+ years in trades or maintenance leadership.
✅ Electrical, mechanical, or multi-trade background.
✅ Self-starter who’s run jobs from start to finish (bonus: ran your own business).
✅ Loves documenting processes & solving problems.
✅ Values teamwork, grit, and ownership.
