We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic Welcoming Team. You will play a vital role in handling new business leads for personal lines, including home, flood, auto, and boat.  Joyner Family Insurance is a proud member of the State Insurance Group. Benefits include: • Health Insurance • 401(k) Matching • Holiday Pay • Vacation Pay • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Additional Commission and Bonus Responsibilities: • Proactively manage and convert inbound leads into new policies • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify coverage needs • Present and explain insurance policy options to potential clients • Effectively cross-sell insurance products to maximize client protection • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across multiple carriers • Utilize proficient computer skills to manage client accounts and documentation Qualifications: • Active Licensed Insurance Advisor (4-40, 2-20, or 20-44 licenses acceptable) • Minimum 2 years of experience • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized • Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues About Company: Joyner Family Insurance is a locally-owned, independent insurance agency providing a full array of personal and commercial lines insurance solutions, including auto, home, boat, flood, and business insurance products.
