Industrial Painter

?? Pay Rate: $17.00-$19.00/hour (Based on Experience)

? Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Are you an experienced painter with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence? Join our growing manufacturing team as an Industrial Painter , where you'll apply coatings to a variety of materials and surfaces, contributing to the production of high-quality industrial and automotive equipment.

What You'll Do:

• Apply paint, varnishes, and other coatings using wet painting techniques and tools.
• Work collaboratively with a team to meet project goals.
• Use hand and power tools to prepare and finish materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.

What We're Looking For:

• Preferred Experience:
  
  • Automotive or industrial equipment painting.
  • Wet painting using a spray gun.
  • Mixing colors and matching finishes.
  
  
  
• Core Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to differentiate colors.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with frequent interruptions.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  
  
  
• Advanced Skills (Preferred):
  • Industry training or certifications in painting or coating.
  • Valid driver's license.
