As a new Health and Wellness Director at Iudita's Memory Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall health and well-being of our residents. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing personalized care plans, coordinating healthcare services, conducting regular assessments, and liaising with families and healthcare providers to ensure quality care delivery. Additionally, you will lead a team of dedicated caregivers, providing training, guidance, and support to maintain the highest standards of care.

Does this sound like you?
  • To excel in the role of Health and Wellness Director at Iudita's Memory Care in Salem, OR, candidates must possess a Licensed Practical Nurse license, current and valid in the State of employment. Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Previous experience in nursing within a senior living community or related field is preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy is essential for documenting care plans and communicating effectively.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary to interact with residents, families, and staff.
