Key responsibilities include: - Own and manage production of outbound marketing campaigns across email, push, and emerging communications platforms - Coordinate with several internal teams including content marketing, member engagement, and research to consult, build, and refine their outbound marketing tactics - Develop and build sophisticated customer segments for outbound campaigns, optimizing for KPIs - Create automated marketing campaigns and migrate current manual campaigns to increase efficiency on proprietary systems - Serve as a subject matter expert on email and push best practices and CAN-SPAM and CASL to internal clients - Integrate personalization into our outbound marketing campaigns through data providers and flexible templates Basic Qualifications 2-5 years of hands-on experience executing emails with Salesforce/Exact Target or similar ESPs (Email Service Providers) Expertise in managing and prioritizing multiple projects with a great attention to detail Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Technology Field, or related field of study Strong organizational and communication skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes Strong analytical capability and a solid understanding of success metrics Working knowledge and understanding of HTML
