Job Details

• Hands-on role with 50% of the time spent working at a cell and 50% coordinating workflow and working with other cells
• Ensure accountability and provide the necessary parts/products for production
• Act as a lead/coordinator for our product lines
• Collaborate closely with the Plant Leader to support production and performance review processes
• Work with a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output
