THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION! CONROE, TX

We are adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Recruiting Team! Your task will be to keep the organization well staffed with the right talent. Assist with company's long-term strategies.

A brief summary of duties and responsibilities are as follows:

RECRUITING - BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES in addition to the following:

• Analyze recruiting plan based on the required hiring needs and goals.
• Use various channels to source qualified candidates to best fit company's future goals.
• Work with recruiter to manage application / resume reviewing and interviewing.
• Research and report talent trends.
• Report weekly results, monthly results of traffic, trends.
• Ability to perform market study of wages, competition and trends.
• Report recruiting dept goals, results and action plans.
• Assist with in-house onboarding orientation to follow new hires.

Skill set needs:

• Understands HR Processes and talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates and vendors.
• Strong Applicant Tracking software skill set.
• Strong reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Above average excel skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using data and charts.

Requirements:

• Social Media Recruiting Skills Required
• 5 Years Minimum of Recruiting Experience 0
• Degree preferred
• Advanced computer skills - Must be able to report in Excel and ATS system
• Advanced social media skills
• Ability to work 100% onsite in office - not hybrid
