Job Description

A school-based social worker position is available within a K-12 educational setting located in Corunna, MI. This contract role spans the current school year, providing critical support to students, families, and school staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing student needs related to social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Developing and implementing intervention plans to support student well-being and academic success
• Collaborating with teachers, counselors, and administrators to coordinate services
• Providing crisis intervention and counseling to students when needed
• Connecting families to community resources and support systems
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) from an accredited program
