Position:
Skilled Copier Field Service Technician
Duties:
*Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer locations.
*Troubleshoot copy quality and machine jamming issues, as well as providing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
*Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to conduct repairs and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar field service role.
*Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with hand tools effectively.
*Basic computer operation.
*Familiarity with basic computer networking concepts and practices.
*Ability to read schematics and technical documentation accurately.
*Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
*Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
*Clean driving record with no DWI/DUI
