etc. Restaurant, by Chef Deb Paquette, is looking for experienced full-time servers to join our team! Current availability requirements include at least 1 weekday lunch shifts and 3-4 dinner shifts. If you have at least 2 years of serving experience in a chef-driven, fine-dining restaurant and are available for those shifts, keep reading! What we’re looking for: We’re looking for folks that have a knack for efficient, delivering polished, professional service to each and every guest while building and maintaining our loyal customer base. You’ll be part of and contribute to our positive culture and mature working environment. Full-time servers make an average of $1000-$1300/week. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Great communication skills with a professional demeanor and appearance Minimum of 2 years previous restaurant experience in an elevated-service restaurant Organized and adept at multitasking while maintaining service standards The ability and desire to be a part of a team Experience working effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment Craft bartending experience Perks and Benefits Full-Time Servers average $1000-$1300 per week Participation in ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program), a company funded retirement benefit that grants employees ownership stake in 4Top.
