Job Description

Genesis10 is seeking a Reporting Analyst with our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a six-month contract-to-hire position and will work on a hybrid schedule, requiring 4 days onsite. This position pays $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience level. This role supports key operations and reporting functions for one of the world's most respected financial institutions. Top Skills: MS Access Reporting / SQL Reporting Writing SQL Queries Building Macros Visual Basic (VB) Overview: As a Reporting Analyst, you will play a vital role supporting Operations teams responsible for investment, banking, and loan products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You'll support client service teams by executing accurate cash disbursement tasks, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring compliance. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Perform detailed data entry and validation across internal systems via SQL and MS Access Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of client information. Compliance & Risk Management: Follow internal controls, regulatory procedures, and risk guidelines. Process Improvement: Contribute to special projects and identify opportunities to improve workflows. Manage high-volume tasks with strong prioritization. Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong skills in MS Access and SQL for reporting purposes. Experience writing SQL queries, building macros, and using VB. High attention to detail and accuracy in processing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with fast-paced environments and tight deadlines. Experience in wealth or investment platforms a plus. (Preferred) Experience in financial operations, banking, or similar environments (cash disbursement experience preferred). Work Environment: This role requires onsite presence 4 days per week at the Pittsburgh office. Must be comfortable working across multiple platforms and handling sensitive client data.
