Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify position requirements, create accurate job descriptions, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates creatively through multiple channels, including online platforms, community resources, and networking.
  • Post job openings across appropriate internet sources and the company’s Automated Employment (AE) system.
  • Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
  • Recommend top candidates and coordinate hiring processes with internal stakeholders.
  • Track and monitor open requisitions , ensuring timely updates and process accuracy.
  • Support and monitor Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) compliance throughout the selection process.
  • Establish and maintain community relationships to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Travel between company locations or recruitment sites as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, with proven success in full lifecycle recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and best hiring practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access (minimum 3 years of experience).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
