SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter for a short-term assignment. This role will support high-volume hiring efforts, including posting jobs, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while partnering with hiring managers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Post job openings and manage applicant flow

· Screen candidates via phone to assess qualifications and fit

· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

· Follow up with candidates and managers throughout the process

· Extend and negotiate offers with selected candidates

· Arrange and schedule candidates for onsite onboarding sessions

· Support recruitment for approximately 20+ open roles with potential for additional requisitions

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-starter with the ability to work onsite for training, then remotely if desired

• Access to a personal laptop; company email and system access will be provided
