This is a contingent position based upon contract award

Responsibilities Include:

1. Maintain and manage a Records Control Schedule (RCS) and related documents and process, to include configuration and version control.
2. Maintain and manage customers File structure to include assisting and maintaining the migration of record file structure between old and new formats.
3. Advise on records management and retention.
4. Track and document standard operating procedures (SOP).
5. Track, manage and maintain compliance of the customers records storage, archive & disposition services.
6. Document and track of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and perform the search for documents when applicable.
7. Maintain and operate property tracking database.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Security Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI and willingness to sit for a poly upon request.
2. At least six (6) years of relevant experience in documentation management.
3. Experience in maintaining and managing program file systems.
4. Experience in implementing and maintaining active records management systems.
5. Experience with supporting, documenting and updating standard operating procedures.
6. Experience with managing projects, tasks, and contractual deliverables.
7. Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise written artifacts related to a Records Management implementation plan.
8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Basic Compensation:

$111,800 - $167,700.00 Annual
This range is for the Maryland area only. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidates knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
