Apply to this job Share this listing: Responsibilities Team Introduction: The global Music Content Solutions team aims to work with top music record labels/publishers in the industry, to develop mutually beneficial and friendly cooperative relationships, explore cutting-edge technology and best class user experiences, and strive tirelessly to build a world-leading music content management platform. Specifically, we'd support onboarding music partners onto TikTok, CapCut and other key business scenarios, guarantee their catalog ingestion, reporting, content management, publishing rights, etc to further strengthen the music copyright management capabilities of the whole music team. Responsibilities - Assist the product manager in conducting product requirement research and analysis related to copyright management tools and copyright protection strategies, creating comprehensive product requirement documents. - Actively collaborate with the copyright operations team, design team, and development team to ensure high-quality launches throughout the end-to-end product design and development process. - Support product decisions and strategy formulation through user research and data analysis. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Strong execution skills with a sense of responsibility and ownership, capable of driving projects forward and solving problems promptly and efficiently. - Ability to think logically and independently. - Excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Proficient in SQL with strong data analysis skills. - Ability to commit to an internship duration of 4 months or more. - Relevant internship experience in internet product positions preferred. - A passion for music and a good understanding of the music industry is a plus. Job Information [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $35. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
