Job Description Job Title: Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA-C) - Upper Arlington & Easton, OH
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and compassionate Aesthetic Injector (Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team in Upper Arlington and Easton. This practitioner independently performs a variety of cosmetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, and laser treatments, while delivering exceptional patient care. You will conduct in-depth consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, administer injections, and provide post-treatment education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations: medical history review, procedure risks and benefits explanation, and consent acquisition.
- Develop customized aesthetic treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.
- Safely administer cosmetic injections (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella) and perform laser procedures.
- Educate patients on skincare and post-procedure care to maximize results.
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records, including medical history, medications, allergies, and treatment progress.
- Support patients with post-treatment follow-up and aftercare education.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to all state laws, sanitation protocols, and HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with industry advancements.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in cosmetic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in good standing.
- Skilled in dermal filler and neurotoxin injections independently.
- Familiarity with laser treatments (IPL, BBL, RF), skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and peels is a plus.
- Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standard office software (MS Word, Excel).
- Strong communication, organizational, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced environment.
