1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers dont accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. Headway was founded in 2019. Since then, weve grown into a diverse, national network of over 60,000 mental healthcare providers across all 50 states who run their practice on our software and have served over 1 million patients. About the Team & Role
As Headways NYC HQ Office Manager, and early member of the Employee Experience & Facilities function, youll play an integral role in supporting Headway employees. Were looking for a gritty, operationally excellent and relationship obsessed team player to support Headways human hypergrowth and progress towards our mission. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone interested to work at the intersection of facilities operations & community in a dynamic, high-growth and mission-driven environment. This role will be in-office 5 days a week.
The expected base pay range for this position is $84,320 - $124,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
