** Off-Road Truck Driver**

Schlouch Inc. has been Eastern PAs leading site/civil contractor since 1983 and is still growing! We are currently looking for a skilled Off-Road Truck Driver to join our team. This position will be expected to perform tasks involving mass earth excavation on residential, commercial, and MSHA job sites with in a 70 mile radius of Reading, PA. This position has excellent potential for growth and advancement and is well suited to the skilled individual looking to grow their career with a proven industry leader.
**The ideal candidate is expected to do the following:**
* Work independently and as a member of a crew on active job sites
* Perform manual/physical labor/lift at least 50 pounds
* One to three years of operating experience
* Complete knowledge of maintenance, operation and limitations with assigned equipment
* Have a good understanding of plans, cut, fill, compact and productions
* Have the ability to grade within a tolerance of one inch
* Able to operate safely in a production setting
