Position Overview
We are seeking a fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented Medical Assistant who is also capable of performing front office receptionist duties . The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others, professional in demeanor, and skilled in both clinical and administrative functions.

IMPORTANT: Please do not apply if you are not proficient in performing injections, blood draws, or administering IVs. Clinical skills will be tested during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Perform blood draws, administer injections, and manage IV infusions with precision and confidence

• Take and record patient vitals accurately

• Assist in delivering hormone replacement therapies (TRT), peptide protocols, and additional wellness treatments

• Maintain accurate patient records using our EMR system (Practice Fusion)

• Uphold clinical standards by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment

Administrative/Front Desk Duties

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments

• Answer incoming calls and respond to text messages professionally and promptly

• Welcome patients, manage check-ins/check-outs, and ensure smooth daily clinic flow

• Monitor and reorder medical and office supplies as needed

Qualifications

• Must be skilled in phlebotomy, injections, and IV administration

• Medical Assistant certification

• Experience with HRT and peptides is a plus

• Proficiency in EMR systems (Practice Fusion experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
