Your Impact

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be essential in aligning our marketing initiatives with the company's mission and strategic goals. Your creative and analytical skills will help corporate marketing shape the LBB Specialties brand identity and drive targeted campaigns that engage our audiences. You will directly support key initiatives, including launching integrated marketing campaigns, enhancing digital engagement, and building strong customer relationships. Your contributions will be vital in driving customer satisfaction, increasing market share, and positioning the company for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics, resource management, and post-event follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to the corporate events team, including research, invitation tracking, and paperwork management.
  • Order and manage supplies for events, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Conduct post-event analysis to enhance future initiatives.
  • Maintain and update the marketing library, ensuring all materials, images, and resources are organized and accessible.
  • Track project activities using our project management tool, providing reminders and updates as needed.
  • Generate reports from the dashboard for monthly meetings with Marketing stakeholders.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration.
  • Other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in related field and 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and project management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, marketing principles.
  • Excellent Communication skills, project management, organizational skills, attention to detail and adaptability.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Additional Information

  • Location: Norwalk, CT on a hybrid schedule
  • Travel: 3-4 times per year
  • Work Authorization: Must be able to show evidence of authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
