Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced  Marine Electricians to join our team in Marinette, WI. Candidates must be skilled in  termination and IR&C (Inspection, Repair & Certification) duties as required by project needs.

What We Offer:

• Pay Range $30 - $34 depending on experience.
• Weekly hours between 50–70 hours

• Steady work until  end of the year

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical terminations to spec
• Conduct IR&C testing and documentation as required
• Troubleshoot and repair marine electrical systems
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
• Work effectively as part of a team in a shipyard environment

Requirements:

• Previous marine electrical experience strongly preferred
• Ability to perform IR&C and termination duties independently
• Must be  reliable and able to travel for the duration of the project
• Willingness to work long hours weekly
