Immediate need for a talented Mail Production Specialist . This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Tampa, FL (Onsite) . Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $17 - $18/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Open, sort, and prepare incoming USPS, UPS, and other mail/packages
• Scan documents using high-speed scanners
• Store scanned records in totes (up to 40 lbs)
• Perform mailroom runs and handle freight in the warehouse (including some outdoor work unloading/loading trucks)
• Maintain an active workflow—walking, standing, lifting throughout the day.
• Shift Timings:Training: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday (1 week in mailroom)
• Regular: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Reliable transportation
• At least 1 year of production-related experience preferred
• Knowledge of Adobe scanning
• Strong proofreading, data entry skills, and ability to work independently.
• High School Diploma or GED required
