The Position: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker writes, monitors and coordinates treatment plans. They will also provide psychotherapeutic services in the form of individual, family, or group therapy. Works in collaboration with clinical staff (doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals) using case management skills to help patients and their families address and resolve the social, financial, and psychological problems related to their health condition.
