Make presentations and arrange meetings to discuss data driven changes and improvements. Collect customer feedback and concerns through surveys, questionnaires or workshops. Optimise budget for various requirements and ensure cost efficiency Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree . Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
