Location: Newport Beach, CA 92660
Job Details: As a Health Coach with a focus one exercise, you will play a pivotal role in helping patients understand the impact of movement on health and will collaborate with the Physician and NP to provide tailored recommendations to help patients integrate exercise into their life. You will design strategies to help patients overcome challenges, introduce better habits, and lifestyle behaviors to help them optimize the way they feel and function. Proficient in virtual coaching platforms and comfortable conducting sessions in a virtual environment as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proven experience in health and wellness coaching, with a focus on nutrition, exercise, and mental health.
- MUST be a Registered Dietician
-Bachelors Degree in a related field is required OR completion of one of the following training programs: Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, Alternative Medicine, Health Sciences, Public Health.
-Minimum of 3 years experience in this field
Schedule: 8 hrs per day, 5 days per week, 40 hours per week
Job Type: 3-month assignment with possible extension
COMPENSATION: $45.00 per hour
