Do you love building rapport, engaging in meaningful conversations, and helping people take the first step toward financial peace of mind? At our client's firm, the Financial Services Concierge plays a pivotal role—acting as the first friendly, professional voice a prospective client hears. You'll set the stage for a long-term client-advisor relationship and help individuals take that first, often life-changing step toward financial clarity.

What You’ll Do

• Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and other outreach methods.
• Clearly communicate our firm’s values , investment philosophy, and service offerings in a way that feels personal and helpful.
• Qualify and gather initial client data such as goals, objectives, and risk tolerance to prepare for their first meeting.
• Schedule introductory meetings with the appropriate advisory team members, ensuring a smooth and warm handoff.
• Track communication and touchpoints in our CRM (Salesforce), maintaining clean and accurate records.
• Support the advisory team by preparing meeting notes, organizing follow-up tasks, and ensuring a professional onboarding experience.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, appointment-setting, or relationship-building role— ideally within financial services .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to build trust quickly.
• Experience with making high-volume outreach calls.
• Highly organized with solid time management and CRM proficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$60,000 annual salary
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional weekend flexibility)
