EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - Katy, TX

Executive Assistant for executive ($85K + bonus with all medical benefits paid 100% by employer)

Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate active busy calendars
• Manually book multi leg flights directly with airlines, car, hotel, driver, dinner reservations
• MUST BE ABLE TO COORDINATE COMPLICATED TRAVEL WITH SEVERAL LEGS ON YOUR OWN
• Schedule and coordinate various meetings on site and off site!
• Able to prepare notes in strategic meetings.
• Must be proactive and think ahead of the executives
• Handle all confidential matters with discretion
• Able to handle change and take direction quickly and take (soft respectful) criticism when needed
• Some personal assisting errands (this is minimal)

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience 12+ years
• Confident and able to communicate!
• Ability to multitask AND HANDLE A BUSY DESK
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Able to take direction quickly and evaluation of work or constructive feedback
