APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Ossining, NY looking to add a temporary Direct Mail Marketing Administrative Assistant to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to support the Direct Response Unit with administrative tasks, project coordination, and vendor communication. Keep reading for more details!

What your day will look like:

• Support the company’s mission in serving the poor and marginalized worldwide through evangelization, education, and humanitarian outreach.
• Play an integral role in the Direct Response Unit’s daily operations.
• Document procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Manage trafficking and coordinate projects across business units.
• Proofread materials for accuracy and clarity.
• Oversee invoice management and maintain vendor interactions.
• Provide additional support activities as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in direct marketing with solid knowledge of direct marketing principles and procedures.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiar with direct mail fundraising and printing processes.
