  • Track and analyze social media metrics and website traffic to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Research and recommend new digital marketing tools and strategies.

Event Planning & Support

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various recruitment events, information sessions, and community outreach activities (e.g., campus involvement fairs, open houses, physical training demonstrations, leadership workshops).
  • Develop event promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and digital invitations.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue reservations, equipment setup, and attendee registration.
  • Assist with on-site event management and provide support to ensure smooth execution.
  • Help in collecting feedback from event attendees to improve future events.
  • Collaborate with ROTC staff and cadets to identify event needs and opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student at The University of Texas at Austin, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
