We are seeking a Cleaning Subcontractor to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills

• Must have Business license, Liability and Workers Comp Insurance

• NOT HIRING EMPLOYEES, ONLY INDEPENDENT SUB CONTRACTORS.

• SALARY: $200.00 to $20,000.00 /monthly
