Job SummaryThe Sr Director Chief Nursing Officer is an executive leader responsible for overseeing all nursing practices, including emergency medicine within the medical center. This role provides strategic direction, administration, and clinical leadership to ensure high-quality patient care, nursing efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the medical center and Novant Health's mission, vision and values. Reporting directly to the facility President & COO, with matrix reporting to the Market CNO, the Sr Director CNO role focuses on aligning facility nursing practices with the broader health system's standards and goals while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. QualificationsEducation: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree - Nursing, required.
