• Post cash receipts and payments, verifying all transactions for accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor payment trends and prepare regular reports on cash application activity.
• Utilize financial systems to update and track payment information efficiently.
• Assist with audits and compliance checks related to cash applications.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application processes for improved efficiency.
• Provide support to the accounting team in handling other financial tasks as required.• At least 2 years of experience in cash applications or accounts receivable roles.
• Proficiency in cash posting and payment processing methods.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for reconciling financial discrepancies.
• Familiarity with financial systems and software used in cash applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers.
