We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an A dministrative Assistant opportunity with our art gallery client who has become a cultural center for all ages. This vibrant, welcoming organization offers year-round art classes, exhibitions, events, and workshops for individuals of all ages, and has been recognized as one of Phoenix’s cultural treasures.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing critical front office support to help ensure the center runs smoothly during its busy summer programming, especially while children's art camps are in session.

Your specific duties will include:

• Answering and directing phone calls.
• Performing general administrative tasks using Mac computers.
• Greeting and assisting gallery visitors and class attendees.
• Tracking and recording visitor traffic.
• Assisting with a wide variety of day-to-day operational needs to support the organization’s mission.

Specific qualifications for the position include : 

• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Mac OS.
• Experience with Neon CRM is a big plus.
• Familiarity with an art or art gallery environment strongly preferred.

Pay Rate Range : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

 
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
