Apartment Maintenance Technician – Lawrence, KS
Pay: Up to $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Must be okay with overtime)
Location: Lawrence, KS
We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to assist with unit turnovers at a fast-paced apartment community in Lawrence, KS. If you're a dependable maintenance professional who can work efficiently and keep up with demand, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with apartment turnovers and make-readies
Perform general maintenance, including light plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall
Complete work orders in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property
Support the team as needed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
Ability to handle a fast-paced workload
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Basic hand tools required
