Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing client payments and maintaining financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process all forms of client payments daily
• Identify and process incoming client trust deposits
• Navigate firm online banking websites for payment activities
• Respond to client inquiries timely and accurately
• Assist with research of client payment history
• Correct and reapply client payments as needed
• Collect data for audit requests
• Participate in special projects as needed
• Maintain strong organizational and time management skills
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of cash receipts experience in a professional services industry
• Proficiency in Elite, Chrome River, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
• Experience with online banking systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-volume environments

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Business degree preferred
• Experience in a law firm or similar professional setting
• Familiarity with audit processes and data collection
