Seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting Department. Your role will focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with general accounting duties, all while emphasizing attention to detail and organizational skills, including efficient filing. Hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities Assisting with financial record keeping. Generating reports. Billing and invoicing. Expense report management. Requirements 0-3 years’ experience preferred. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field of study. Desired Qualities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Highly detail-oriented and capable of multitasking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
